Open Settings → Delete account and follow the instructions.
Without opening the app
Use the official request page below. It sends your request to the Ayah Connect account deletion service, where account ownership verification is required.
Open deletion request page ↗Opening the page or sending an email does not immediately delete an account. Website requests are reviewed within 7 days; verified requests are completed within 30 days after verification, subject to the exceptions in the app’s policy. Backup copies normally expire within approximately 37 days.
